At Easyric.com, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following warranty policy:


Limited Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on all products purchased through our app. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective within this warranty period, we will replace the product or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. We also do not cover any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any supporting documentation or photos. We may require you to return the product to us for inspection before issuing a replacement or refund.
